Used by all normal users (web, Webex) and by any API integration below that does not
have its own override. Use {botName} anywhere you want the bot's configured
name substituted in.
Optionally give a specific API integration its own system prompt instead of the shared one above. Toggle "Custom prompt" to reveal an editor for that integration.
The cards shown on the empty chat screen. Clicking one puts its prompt in the composer (it is not sent automatically). Up to 8. Until you save, users see the built-in defaults; use “Load built-in defaults” to start from those. Saving an empty list hides the cards.
Shown to all users under “Change history” in the chat menu, most recent first. No limit on the number of entries. Markdown is supported.

Reports are indicators, not findings — review the evidence before acting, in line with the Acceptable Use Policy. Reports are deleted automatically after 12 months unless escalated.
